QUATRX PHARMACEUTICALS WITHDRAWS REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

ANN ARBOR, MI—QuatRx Pharmaceuticals Company announced today that it has withdrawn its initial public offering and its S-1 registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) due to market conditions.
