Existing Partnerships
	CollaGenex QuatRx licensed rights to becocalcidiol to CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals in May 2007. QuatRx will receive milestones and royalties based on development and commercial progress with the compound.
	Deltanoid Pharmaceuticals QuatRx entered into its first alliance with Deltanoid, a privately-held company in Madison, WI in late 2001 for the development of Asord™ (becocalcidiol), a topical Vitamin D analogue for psoriasis.
	EndoChem, Inc. QuatRx announced its in-license of QRX-431 for the treatment of dyslipidemia from EndoChem, Inc. of Berkeley, CA in March of 2005.
	Solvay QuatRx licensed a portfolio of 17-beta HSD Type 1 inhibitors and related technologies from Solvay Pharmaceuticals in June 2006 as potential treatments for endometriosis and for other indications in women's and men's health.

Collaborative opportunities being sought

QuatRx seeks to expand its portfolio with drug candidates in the endocrine, metabolic and cardiovascular disease areas. Of particular interest are compounds in late-preclinical or early clinical development.

QuatRx is also open to considering collaborations on its programs with appropriate partners for further development and commercialization.
